Hua Hin location
Located south of Bangkok, the western shore of the Gulf of Siam offers everything you need for the perfect family holiday in the sun. The coastal resorts of Cha-am and Hua Hin turn to the rising sun. They are situated close to major historical and cultural attractions and famous for their magnificent untouched coastline. In contrast to Pattaya, Cha-am and Hua Hin located on the opposite shore of the Gulf can offer you a shelter for total relaxation in the grounds with a typical Thai flavor.
Hua Hin is the oldest seaside resort in Thailand. Previously Hua Hin had been a small fishing port which was bestowed Royal distinctions in 1920 when King Rama VII chose this place for a summer palace called Klay Kangwon which means "Far away from Worries" - an evidence of relaxing atmospheric in Hua Hin.

Hua Hin resort
Despite rapid progress and modern capabilities offered, Cha-am and Hua Hin managed to keep their own Thai identity intact. The main attraction of the two resorts is peaceful scenery where you can lazily relax, sunbath on the beach or plunge into water sports and taste delicious seafood just caught in the sea. Every visitor will enjoy staying in this atmosphere of tranquility and traditional Thai culture.
Unlike the young resorts such as Pattaya, Hua Hin has never created an international image for itself. It preserves its initial role as a small fishing port, which enables to gain an insight into the traditional Thai coastal life, prosperous but not pretentious.
