If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 1 day in advance.
In case of a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling after the vehicle has arrived at the pickup location, a waiting and loss-of-time fee of 300-500 THB will apply.
Public Holiday Surcharge
During public holidays, including New Year (December 20-January 10), Chinese New Year, Songkran, and other major festivals, an additional 300-500 THB surcharge will apply.
